Technical analyst Master Ananda is calling for a massive price surge in Solana (SOL), encouraging investors to act fast or risk missing out. According to Ananda, multiple technical and macroeconomic indicators suggest that $420 may only be an early milestone.
Bullish Chart Structure Points to Higher Targets
Solana’s price trajectory recently confirmed a rounded bottom breakout—an 80% rally since April’s lows—which now sets the stage for continued momentum. The $160 resistance has been flipped into support, and as long as this support holds, Ananda projects further upside toward $420.
Even if prices briefly drop below $160, Ananda says it would likely be a fakeout or bear trap, with a broader rally still intact.
Economic Shifts Could Accelerate the Rally
Macroeconomic catalysts, including anticipated interest rate cuts from the U.S. Federal Reserve, could reinvigorate the altcoin market. Although capital has recently shifted toward gold and Bitcoin amid rising tariffs and a weakening dollar, Ananda argues that conditions are ideal for altcoins to stage a comeback.
In such an environment, Solana could see a significant influx of liquidity and renewed investor interest.
Indicators Signal Uptrend Is Still Strong
Current technicals favor the bulls. Solana’s RSI remains above neutral at 53, suggesting buying pressure is in control. The MACD has also formed a golden cross, a historically reliable signal of long-term price appreciation.
If Solana completes the larger cup-and-handle pattern, Ananda believes a surge to $420 could be just a midpoint in a rally that eventually leads to gains of over 160% from current levels.
Solaxy ($SOLX) Emerges as a Breakout Project
One project likely to benefit from Solana’s rise is Solaxy ($SOLX), currently in presale. As the first Layer-2 solution for Solana, Solaxy is set to dramatically improve network scalability by processing transactions off-chain and reducing overall gas fees.
With $40M already raised and just weeks left in the presale, Solaxy is attracting strong investor interest. Its launch could usher in a new wave of growth within the Solana ecosystem.
