Parfin and Taurus Collaborate to Launch Integrated Digital Asset Platform for Institutions

In a bid to strengthen institutional adoption of blockchain technologies, Swiss fintech Taurus and Brazilian infrastructure provider Parfin have teamed up to launch a fully integrated platform tailored for compliance-heavy markets across Latin America and Europe.

Strategic Integration to Serve Regulated Institutions

The collaboration is centered around the goal of delivering an interoperable infrastructure for digital assets that satisfies governance, security, and compliance standards globally. Parfin will embed Taurus’s flagship products—Taurus-PROTECT and Taurus-CAPITAL—into its existing platform, delivering custody, token issuance, governance, and lifecycle services under one roof.

The companies call this the next step in enabling large-scale, compliant adoption of crypto and tokenized assets.

Secure Architecture with HSM Compatibility

A key technical feature is the integration of hardware security module (HSM) support, allowing Parfin’s custody-agnostic platform to meet varying security standards required by banks, asset managers, and crypto-native institutions.

“Together, we’re scaling institutional digital asset solutions with speed and compliance at the core,” said Lamine Brahimi, Co-Founder of Taurus.

Comprehensive Institutional Benefits

The platform provides a wide array of advantages, including:

  • Seamless real-time wallet monitoring and settlements
  • Lower total ownership cost by reducing reliance on third-party services
  • Direct liquidity access via Parfin’s infrastructure
  • Reduced operational risk from integrated custody and trading workflows

With API-based deployment, financial institutions can onboard quickly while remaining compliant.

Executive Viewpoint: Flexibility Meets Compliance

Parfin CEO Marcos Viriato highlighted the importance of customization, noting:

“Our collaboration delivers flexibility for institutions to adopt blockchain while ensuring they operate within global compliance frameworks.”

Who Are Taurus and Parfin?
